In Western Astrology, the Birth Chart, also known as the Natal Chart, is used as a tool to understand the psychological, spiritual, and evolutionary self. Astrology is not fatalistic; it is used for a deeper understanding of ourselves. Indications in our chart are not determents and as we become aware and conscious we make choices in response to the energy with which we are faced.
